We are here to advise you on your rights as a consumer in Europe. We can also provide assistance if you have a dispute with a retailer when making a cross-border purchase within Europe.
The European Consumer Centre Iceland is a part of the European Consumer Centre Net. Our office is run by the Consumers’ Association of Iceland, with operational costs divided between the Icelandic Ministry of Commerce and the European Commission.
