An Extensive Survey on Consumer Empowerment

What Do Consumers Know? Earlier this week the Commissioner (DG SANCO) introduced the findings of an extensive survey on the level of consumer empowerment throughout the European Economic Area. 56.471 consumers from 27 EU countries, Iceland and Norway, took part in the survey carried out in 2010.
