Had problems on your European holiday? Goods ordered on-line haven‘t arrived? Is the car-rental company charging you for damages you were unaware of causing? Your flight with a foreign airline was delayed or cancelled? Want to know how the ECC-Net works?
You can contact us by phone, e-mail or by visiting our offices, which are located in downtown Reykjavík.
Before contacting us you are however advised to complain to the trader yourself, see our brochure How and Where to Complain (PDF). Please note also that it is best for consumers to contact the ECC-centre in their country of residence. If the case involves an Icelandic trader that centre will then forward the case to us and we shall do our best to settle the matter.
The director of ECC Iceland is Hildigunnur Hafsteinsdóttir, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Brochures and reports published by ECC Iceland or the ECC-Net can be found on the right of this website (publication).
